Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dependable Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this position, you will collaborate with our marketing and advertising teams in each stage of digital marketing campaigns. Your work will include developing, growing, and expanding our digital marketing channels through social media outreach, blogging,search engines and newsletters.

             Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, execute, optimize, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and paid social channels.
• Create, manage, execute, optimize, customize, and analyze automated email campaigns.
• Perform financial tracking, planning, and management for digital and email campaigns.
• Ability to identify the related and correct influencers who can help us in expanding the market, including contacting influencers and closing deals with them.
• Identify audience groups and propose the best way to approach them.
• Analyze results and effectiveness of paid acquisition programs using tools like Google Analytics, and others.
• Produce reports for each channel through outlining results and opportunities for possible improvements.
• Create and analyze effectiveness of landing pages.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and creative team to ensure programs meet business objectives.
• Partner with sales and product to understand target audience personas, messaging and content and translate those into targeted campaigns for various digital channels.
• Help in writing articles, blogs, press releases, statements and internal and external briefings as require.

 Skills and Experience:

• Good graphic design and video editing skills using tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience in creating proper, creative content for different social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Passionate about writing great professional content and marketing material.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as with a team.
