IT Project Manager

Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to lead a software development projects to meet clients requirements and to manage the day to day activities in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring all team targets are met as advised by management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years proven experience of leading projects of software Engineers including performance, development and disciplinary issues.
• At least first class degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or similar technical degree.
• Proven work experience with PHP (Laravel Framwork), JS, CSS, HTML,
• Experience in Vue.js , react , or angular a strong plus
• Demonstrable programming ability in different programming languages with in-depth understanding of underpinning techniques
• Proven ability of tackling challenging projects
• Experience in full software development lifecycle from design to deployment
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to motivate others to achieve goals and generate confidence whilst respecting and supporting colleagues and team members to reach their full potential.
• Develop project plan and functional specifications.
• Plan, estimate, and manage resources and the project budget.
• Provide regular updates to the senior management.
